Historic Tolbooth used as venue for Royal visit
The Forres Heritage Trust was delighted that the Lord Lieutenant, Major General Seymour Monro, chose to use the Forres Tolbooth to host a visit to Moray by The Princess Royal. The Tolbooth, which houses the historic courtroom, was chosen as a venue for Her Royal Highness to meet a number of representatives from the community including members of staff from the Forres Health Centre.
